Graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology. My academic journey began with a clear goal: improving healthcare outcomes in my community. I initially pursued Biology but transitioned to Biotechnology during my undergraduate studies after recognizing the growing importance of quality assurance and regulated manufacturing within the healthcare industry. This shift provided a stronger pathway toward understanding how scientific inovation, process excellence, and product quality contribute to safer and more effective healthcare solutions. Through my bachelor's studies, I developed a foundation in biological sciences, biotechnology, and quality-focused thinking that continues to influence my professional approach today.

Building upon that foundation, my master's studies expanded my understanding of leadership, systems thinking, and organizational effectiveness.
